of 9.5 hectares including 1 hectare in Mercurey

the vine, the making of the wines as well as their marketing

the pleasure of tasting Fabienne's Gougère which has
international renown. |

The
vineyards are on average 25 to 30 years old. Some date back
over 50 years.
Most of them face North-West thus giving the grape the best
chance of ripening to the full. |

The cuvage
|
The
wine is grown in an entirely traditional way, which guarantees
perfect quality and their reaching optimal maturity.
Preserved in oak barrels, thus being stored the wine can
develop all its flavours.
