The bottling is done in late summer, before the harvesting of the grapes.
It is a task made by hand, and the tools are shared amongst domain owners. It consists in pouring the wine into each bottle. Then a stopper is inserted with a specific machine. One bottle is filled after another in a precise and fast way by one person, while another puts the stoppers in.
The dusty bottles are carefully wiped before being sold.
The labels are manually stuck on during the last stage.
What remains to be done is the packing of the bottles, packed in cardboard boxes of 6 or 12 bottles or sometimes in individual packings, especially for Magna, often given as presents !!
